Medical insurance
All employees who are on the rolls of the Company are entitled to a medical insurance cover as applicable to their positions right from the day of joining. Should an employee desire, he/she can also include the dependent family members within the coverage amount applicable to his/her position.

Personal Accident insurance
eXtendCode provides personal accident insurance cover to all its employees right from the day of joining. The amount of insurance cover differs from position to position. In the case of a fatal accident, there is a provision for a financial relief to the next of kin, as applicable to the position of the employees.

Vacations
All employees of the Company are entitled to 15 days earned leave during the year. In addition to this, they can also avail General Leave limited to 5 days.

Life insurance
In case of death, employees are covered under life insurance cover.

Gratuity benefits
Employees who have served eXtendCode for 5 yrs or more are entitled to gratuity benefits at the time of separation from the Company.
